Employee Motivation
Write and submit a 7-10 page paper on the topic patterns of employee motivation. Pursue a literature review on employee patterns of human behavior, and discuss three research studies which identify motivating factor of employees in organizations. Include discussion on motivating a diverse workforce toward organizational cohesiveness. Indicate how you would use the results of these studies toward motivating employees within your organization (K-12 broward county charter school).
