Buyer: Write a 1-2 page narrative with requirements in order to solicit RFP bids from vendors. The narrative will be similar to the Statement of Work (SOW) that will ultimately be used in the procurement process.
Seller: Write a 1-2 page response to the RFP as a provider of services from the sellers perspective to win the project engagement. Include the proposed scope and approach to the solution, the team’s experience and qualifications, proposed pricing, and the proposed schedule.
Attach the necessary exhibits to support the solicitation for eligible bidders as the buyer. Also, include the artifacts necessary as the seller to win the bid. Specify which exhibits belong to which side of the negotiation.
