Discussion of each differential diagnosis should also include a description of the pathophysiology of each diagnosis o Please note that a MINIMUM of 3 differential diagnoses is required for this paper. Please refer to the rubric for grading criteria- in order to receive full credit, greater than 3 differential diagnoses should be included 4. What is your plan for this patient? Include a discussion of what lab and diagnostic tests that you would order and why. Be sure to site appropriate resources and utilize evidence-based guidelines 5. What is your follow up going to include for this patient? Be sure to include education and health promotion If your plan involves hospital admission, do not just write admit to the hospital- elaborate on what your specific treatment plan would be. Paper should be 6-7 pages long and should include appropriate resources and citation of evidence-based guidelines.
