Please check attached file for the problem. The question is as follows: Identify and select two (2) parts which has been made primarily using different major manufacturing processes, e.g., one part might be a casting, another made by bulk deformation such as forging, sheet metal forming, machining, welding etc. Study the design of the component you chose and referring to the relevant technical literature, prepare a step by step procedure for making this component including the geometry of the component, typical alloys used and typical manufacturing process used. As part of manufacturing process description conduct some simple manufacturing calculations or analysis based on each component you have selected. Comment on the difficulties that may be encountered in this manufacturing operation and justify (as quantitatively as possible) why a specific manufacturing process was used fabricate the component instead of others. It is expected that your report be approximately 6 pages but no more than 8 pages in length.
