Lean Thinking in the veterinary corporate organizations to decrease staff turnover and lower the risk of burnout.

The paper should review the hypothesis of using “Lean management” in the veterinary domain, similarly to healthcare, with the purpose to decrease a well-known problem of burnout in the veterinary domain.This should be reviewed in light of a current consolidation of veterinary practices as an industry change that is going on at the moment.
