Assignment 4: Leadership Model (CO3)
After reading the lesson and chapters assigned for the week and conducting some research, write a paper that constructs a model you might use to motivate your employees. Please include one of the three main methods: need-based, process-based, and learning or reinforcement based. Using at least two of the areas in the lessons, explain how you might motivate your team.
