V. How to Implement the Decision
Identify the manager or individual or department to implement the decision
Provide a detailed account of how the decision will be implemented
State how the decision will be communicated through the organization using tips from Chapter 13 – Communication
State how will you deal with resistance to change
Consider content in Chapter 10 Leadership and Chapter 11 Motivating People
VI. Evaluate the Decision
State who will be responsible for evaluating the decision
State what data will be collected to evaluate the decision
Provide an illustration of how the decision will be examined through the control process in Exhibit 14.4 I Chapter 14-Managerial Control
State how the decision will be evaluated and monitored; for example performance appraisals, quarterly reports, written reports, personal observations, monthly progress meetings
Consider content in Chapter 14 Managerial Control
Compile all stages I-VI into one final report and make any necessary revisions cited by the instructor during weeks 3 and 5.

-12 point font, Times New Roman
-List the stage followed by the discussion in essay format; incorporate tables, graphs, or charts to illustrate your points that YOU have created. DO not cut and paste tables, graphs, or charts from external sources.
-Include content from the textbook and (5) external sources as APA in-text citations
-Separate References page (minimum of (6) sources)
