The roots of the problem
This paper will examine the social and historical analysis of social inequality among Hispanic, black, and native american children and how severe or not so severe it is (racism is not so severe among children,it is usually more severe with adults.) This will include structural causes of the problem (rise of inequality or racism etc.), recognition of how and when the problem became a problem, and policy initiatives around that problem (for example the war on drugs leading to mass incarceration of people of color.
