Drawing on examples on housing AND/OR transport, discuss the potential for, and challenges to, collective action to address inequality in the delivery of urban services.

This essay is part of a course I took called « Issues in Cities and Development in the Global South », itself part of the DEVELOPMENT STUDIES department (which is a mix of anthropology, political sciences and economics).I have attached hereby the bibliography that is provided by my course. Please do include at least some of the articles by Rizzo (which is my own lecturer), and the example of Transmillenio in Bogotà (since we spoke about it in class).
