Your selected readings this week are four scholarly journal articles from various periods in the history of I-O psychology. Each of these articles touch on three important, related concepts: motivation, morale, and productivity. These articles will give you some background on these topics, but you may want to search out other journal articles to more fully develop your understanding of these interrelated concepts. For your initial post in this module, select one of the three terms (motivation, morale, and productivity). Analyze how theorists and practitioners have viewed the concept over time, and assess the importance of the term in today’s workplaces. How has understanding of your chosen topic progressed or changed throughout the articles?Reading:Child, I. L. (1941). Morale: a bibliographical review.
